A modern-day Cinderella Got online and met a fella. Had a date at this place. Ran from his ghostly face. Lost her slipper like Cinderella. This image emphasizes texture and was taken while exploring a ghost town in Texas. On rough, cracked concrete, there was a woman's Mary Jane style, flat slipper with a bow. It was weathered and worn out with silvery colored fabric. The shoe appears to sit on my shadow while I snap the shot. I adjusted the color to lighten the concrete and make my shadow blue. 📷 Taken in bright sunlight with a Nikon z6ii.

My dad let me take photos with his cameras when I was in elementary school. I also "helped" 😉 him in his dark room processing B&W film/prints. I had my own Kodak Instamatic in the '60's. It's wonderful to see children with an interest in photography.
