That's with Zen if I remember correctly? If so, it's good to hear they acknowledge it and are willing to work on fault finding at the first stage rather than certain "other" companies performing those things. Be interested to see what the outcome and experience was then.
It's not just the FOMO aspect of what Limited Run do, especially with moving into stuff with bigger companies. It's also the toxicity within the company and from the CEO that affects the employees. The whole situation is pretty well documented in video essay form on YouTube.
When it comes to regular physical copies, I will always buy or import elsewhere. Play Asia will stock most of the games as a Japanese import, but 9 times out of 10 have English language standard.
Even Video Games Plus as a store will sell copies of LR games/stock for a regular price.
