Convert to Shape, then opt + drag using the Path Selection Tool.

There might be a better way, but this is way smoother than if you were to use live text imo.

100%. Bleach has a lot of really good character moments all throughout, both in terms of smaller interactions and setting up battle stakes. He just seems to struggle with fitting a plot in there.

Bleach is a lot of surprisingly solidly-written scenes awkwardly glued together to bridge an increasingly chaotic hodgepodge of overarching plot.
