yeah I can't imagine the overseas share of the feedback matters much at all compared to the probable massive amount of feedback from China lol
plus I occasionally see people mald about buffs and nerfs as they test a few different versions of characters on those servers and it's like I can't imagine wanting to be involved in that process tbh lol
mihoyo keeps sending me invitations to their test servers which are like early access for upcoming updates and I get it I'm a power player that completes all the endgame so I'm obviously engaged on a gameplay level, but I simply have 0 interest in dealing with tentative prototype stuff
