5/ El obstáculo más grande sigue siendo el cumplimiento. Tantas son las mujeres que denuncian violencia pero no reciben protección efectiva. El Estado debe garantizar un acompañamiento que proteja sus vidas y las de sus familias, desde la primera alerta.
4/ Más aún, nuestras leyes deben ajustarse a los estándares del sistema interamericano e internacional de derechos humanos, garantizando una protección amplia y efectiva. Esto incluye un enfoque en educación, justicia y reparación integral.
3/ No hay que dar #NiUnPasoAtrás ante ataques de grupos conservadores que buscan debilitar estas leyes. Al contrario, los derechos humanos de las mujeres deben regirse por el principio de progresividad: las garantías logradas no pueden ser retrocedidas.
