It’s been a wild morning outside of City Hall – we had two HSI vehicles illegally parked on Minneapolis police parking right next to City Hall. The tow was called and had started being put on the car when the HSI agents arrived in shame, and were booed out by the several people, staff, & CMs.

This administration is committing Watergate level crimes multiple times per week—and those are the ones we know about. It’s crazy to think about what else will come out after.

It’s absolutely essential these criminals are held responsible for their crimes. We must end elite impunity.

Pretty funny to work for an entity that can be abbreviated as BOFA and badly fall for a blatantly obvious trick

My Target revitalization plan includes re-committing to DEI, an exciting new lineup for Pride 2026, and eliminating locked cases for anything that was not locked up in 2018.

The 2026 midterms have to be about impeachment. If you aren’t able to make case to the American people now, you aren’t going to suddenly find the willpower to do what is so obviously necessary after being elected. If we still have a Constitution—or laws at all—impeachment is necessary.

Constitutional and Congressional limits on the President’s war-making and foreign policy powers have become much like international law: there exists a body of law that clearly says the President’s actions are unlawful, but the failure to enforce those laws over decades has rendered them a nullity

At 8:30 PM on Saturday night we have ICE in the quarry parking lot and they start driving off erratically through the City the minute people go up and try to talk to them. Their lawlessness and terror continues so please continue to be out there looking out for your neighbors and staying safe.

We're still having to hear about deplorables or clinging to their guns and religion while the chief racist in the WH CONSISTENTLY insults Somalis and others on National TV and it's not the lead headline ANYWHERE in the MSM.

Based on Nominations, Minnesota Should Have an 'ABOLISH ICE' Snowplow. Here's Why We Don't. - Racket Chicago can have nice things, but MnDOT policy snuffs out politically potent potential plow names.

MnDOT tells Racket that of the 6,750 submissions to this year's Name-a-Snowplow contest, around 400 included ICE-specific messaging.

Reagan was not a good President, but he played one on TV.

That's conservatism, from Nixon to Reagan to the Bushes to Trump: Make it look good on TV, and they'll let you get away with whatever you want.

If you are in a government in Minnesota and your response to your constituents begging for help is to say that you can’t ruin the budget, you need to resign. This is an occupation by the federal government designed to ruin our lives. There is no status quo. Every priority has changed.

It would be a lot easier for people to “shop local” if we weren't already spending a bunch of money fundraising to keep our neighbors in their homes and fed because Gov Walz refuses to do an eviction moratorium.

We’re still seeing ICE a lot in the suburbs, following legal observers to their homes, and holding tons of our neighbors at Whipple and then dumping them out in the middle of the night. We still need to stay vigilant until every last one of them leaves our state and our neighbors are back home.

I don’t need any additional investigations.

Nor any hearings or committees or fact-finding studies.

What I need is for the people who have committed obvious crimes to be removed from power immediately.

Anything else is nonsense that allows for more crimes.

Don’t settle for Dem bullshit.

Even when ICE leaves we have over 4,000 neighbors abducted. Over 4,000 families torn apart and unknown if ever will be reunited.

ICE OUT. FUCK ICE.

I'm glad @racketmn.com wrote this. I also think the rise of influencers and streamers has forced local journalists to step up, not only in verifying and providing context to disturbing footage, but to double down on distinctive reporting. You can't focus on anything if you're focused on everything.

Elimination of emissions standards was one of the pretty clear policy stakes of the 2024 election and it received about 1% as much coverage as whether Tim Walz retiring from the national guard after 21 years was cowardly.

Epstein-Barr, herpes, and shingles vaccines shelved should get people hounded out of society. That’s beyond anti-vaccine or anti-intellectualism. It’s reactionary know-nothingism. If there’s such a thing as technological solutionism, this is tech problematicizing.
