Well its a very simple 4 frame animation on a small canvas so its not really about power.

I don't know about tutorials. I've been drawing and animating pixelart for over a decade now so it's all about experience I guess

My recommendation would be to start drawing what you enjoy and stick with it!

I had never heard of that game but after looking it up I'm very intrigued. I love obscure unique and creative games like this
