A good year.
Convinced me to have a retirement place in Southern France.
The bridge at the end of the lake. Just before sunset. Wonder where all the people were?
There is a lot of noise about AI and very little evidence.
Some claim it will flatten hierarchies, others say it will centralize power.
But here is what we want to know:
When AI is part of daily collaboration, who do people go to for advice, how does culture form, and how will change be affected?
Wednesday, I will speak to a global special interest group within Change Management. Who is Tom? - the person people listen to and trust, but whose knowledge is not documented...
The one person that executives don't know who is.

Anyone following me will not be surprised about this. As with any other behavioral change, you look to your peers before deciding to support it.

No rules without exceptions...
Usually, I am a morning runner. I started that habit, when COVID hit in 2020. It was a great way to start the day. Slowly, I increased from running 4 days/week to 6 days/week.
But today I was tired & it was cold in the morning.
So, I ran this afternoon in the sun.
AI is increasingly sitting in the middle of workplace interactions.π€
