A painting of a young orc in a white background, he has a shiny armor and red and white colors on his realistic medieval armor.
With a brown to white gradient background, the picture shows a really elaborate Victorian-looking wooden desk. The lower part has drawers and a glass cabinet, filled with papers and scrolls. In the middle section there is a mess of manuscripts and papers, it looks like a snapshot in the middle of a study session. On top are still more manuscripts and scrolls, a microscope, a clock, a human skull, plants and stuffed butterflies and moths ready for sorting and study. Above this desk hangs a lamp made of bronze that looks like a huge flying moth illuminating the scene.
Against a grey background is the full-length figure of Revel, a red tiefling bard from Dungeons and Dragons. She strikes a slouching pose, clutching her navy officer-style jacket, while her lute peeks out from behind her back. She wears a wide white pirate-style shirt, with a cyan-blue waistcoat over it, decorated with gold beads and patterns. She is also wearing simple, tight-fitting leather trousers and tall leather boots with gold detailing. In addition, she wears bracelets that cover her forearms and a wide belt, from which her rapier hangs. She has black eyes with yellow irises, her brown hair is tied back in a ponytail and she has many gold piercings and earrings, as well as rings on her hands and tail. This artwork was commissioned by @PhoenixSnapsh on Twitter.
This is a full body illustration of Billy. He's a human with short brunette hair and a beard, flying in the middle of the pic looking at camera. He wears a flowwing red cape and some fancy sorcerer clothes. Below him, shadow black and blue tentacles are erupting from the floor.

I'm trying to remain positive. There is a limited range of ethical ai use cases in a legal context (emphasis on limited) and I'm hoping having an ai cynic (putting it lightly) in the team will curtail unnecessary sloppification.

Just started my six month tenure in the ai-first legal team, and "fake plastic trees" came on shuffle
Could the universe be a bit more subtle pls

Like everything it probably relates to autism
I find the world very overwhelming nearly constantly, I get lost in colours, noises, shapes, feelings, bright lights, movements, and naturally that's how I end up interpreting everything. I can never see the forest as I keep slamming into trees

Out of curiosity, are you goal or process oriented when it comes to art?

I have always been obsessed with symmetry, patterns, order, rotation (esp rotational symmetry), and breaking things down into shapes
I see the world in shapes, lines and patterns, not the objects they make up, and I think you can tell from my work?

Sounds the opposite of me - I lean into patterns, rules, though maybe there are some vibes happening under the surface that I'm not giving credit to

Yeah that rings true
My parents always celebrated my sister's creativity, she'd come up with the wackiest things, whereas I think I was always seen as a bit technical and dry, probably not an unfair accusation
Did mean that the results of my creativity were very robust tho

Stuck in long journey so just yapping
Does anyone else feel that their creativity is kinda artificial or manufactured? It really doesn't come naturally to me at all, i approach it in a very rules based, iterative and frankly derivative way. Very learned/forced.
I think my results are good tho?

It's sometimes fun to think of the "could have beens", paths my life could have taken
I think my most fun are ballet dancer and cathedral chorister.
Also nearly became a concept artist instead of a lawyer, was really down to the wire, especially odd given I went to the UKs best law school

An anthropomorphic reptilian man smirks at the camera, his left hand raised in a lazy wave. He's dressed casually, in an orange jacket with a black collar, and a black t-shirt underneath.
i wanna draw more anthros
they're fun

It's rarely on lists of best episodes but imo it's a proto Heaven Sent - lock the doctor in a maze and force him to reflect on his own failings and the nature of faith/grief respectively. Both react to companion death, prospectively (GC) or retrospectively (HS).

"The God Complex" is still one of my favourite Dr Who episodes, in no small part due to the title pun (both the villain and hero have a god complex but it also takes place in a complex designed to house a god). It's a clever character study but also a solid sci-fi story with uncanny horror notes.

Some ppl found their self esteem on a fragile sandbank of their own infallible moral and factual correctness, existing as internet troglodytes in a bubble of sycophants and equally deluded types. Seems you found one, my condolences for the wasted time
