Donald Trump is notorious for filing lawsuits at the drop of a hat. He's filed over 4,000 of them. Many for defamation.
But Donald *will not* sue Ted Lieu for defamation. Why? He's been told by lawyers that in defamation actions, truth is an absolute defense.
Dammit, science makes our country better, not worse. This is unnecessary, alarming destruction of one of the world's greatest scientific resources. We should be bolstering it, not breaking it apart.
