Labour Minister confirms that workers who suffer pregnancy loss will be entitled to bereavement leave through a change in law. ❤️🌈
This is really excellent news. Both parents suffer when a miscarriage occurs. So important to acknowledge this particular grieving which can feel intensely devastating.
Like many, I know the difference time to grieve miscarriage will make.
This change in law, accepted by the Govt, has been hard fought for by campaigners and follows an amendment from the women & equalities committee.
