I would also recommend writing/typing a letter that is printed out and mailed to them. It forces them to open and read it as opposed to email spam or packed voicemail inboxes.
I'm sending them a physical letter, the first one I've written in years. Consider doing the same if you're sick of banks policing your access to legal digital media.
