Really can't be left unacknowledged that every single state in the region that houses US military personnel, except for maybe two, do so against the will of the supermajority of their own public's opinion but it does not matter because most of these states are US backed dictatorships.

omg, one of my top work peeves; I have sent so many emails to folks who make event announcements where all the info (incl urls) is in an image - just paste it in the email text!
IANAM (I am not a meteorologist) but I'm pretty sure I learned:
- sleet = liquid water that freezes on the way down (ie, not crystalline)
- hail = ice balls formed in layers which then falls
- freezing rain = liquid all the way to the ground, where it then freezes
