But speed is ALWAYS a factor, in how much distance is needed to stop, how well crash victims can be seen, and whether they die.

A federal judge ruled that the DOJ lawyers who replaced Alina Habba at the New Jersey US attorney’s office have been serving unlawfully, writing that the Trump admin has "chafed at the limits of their power set forth by the law and the Constitution," which requires advice and consent of the Senate.
This is horrifying and heartbreaking. It’s impossible to fathom the evil of attempting to murder innocent people in a house of worship.
This kind of hatred and violence must be categorically condemned—ALWAYS.
