There are two things you can do right now to support young trans people in England.

1) Engage in political advocacy and community support. I've got *loads* of advice on this in my blog post and zine "But what can I do? How to fight the trans panic".

I'm almost jealous of people who can continue to enjoy, like, Guardians of the Galaxy after finding out what a horrible piece of shit Chris Pratt is IRL.

My brain just doesn't work that way. I sit there thinking 'oh yeah this guy wants me and my loved ones dead' for 122 minutes. Can't recommend it.

It's particularly upsetting as a rape survivor to see my suffering weaponised to justify these authoritarian measures. Measures which won't do anything to end sexual violence, but which will put individual liberty at greater risk from the state.

So please, if you can, I’d love to have this thread list pro-Trans everything. Creators, craftspeople, writers, artists, activists…if you or someone you know deserves some celebrating, bring it the fuck on, okay?
