We've been working for some time on the MeReX project (www.merex-project.org/about) An important part was asking our empirical collaborators whether they think ‘representation’ was needed in their explanation, and if so, how they understand that concept. Better late than never: Presidents of 8 Israeli universities announce: "Impeaching the Ombudsman is a danger. If that happened, we would strike and protest" (www.ynet.co.il/news/article...). The Judicial overhaul (or revolution, to be more precise) is back again. Are the hostages back? Is war over?

You didn’t have the full Berlin experience without joining a protest. Universities face cutbacks, since the Berlin Senate failed to uphold the terms of the higher education pacts and unilaterally implemented cuts amounting to 142 million € – an 8% decrease to the 2025 budget. So we chipped in ;-)
