Author, historian, and photographer focusing mostly on military aviation, but looking to expand beyond that. I also play bass, tell stupid stories, and make my awesome family wait way too long while I cook meals with entirely too many ingredients.

My next book, due out later this year through Crรฉcy Publishing.

The Bronco is my favorite aircraft of all time, so this was a passion project from start to finish. I interviewed over 90 pilots and aircrew for this, should be the most authoritative book on the OV-10 to date.

Guessing that was Art Nalls? Really good guy, he put me in touch with a bunch of the Marine Harrier O.G.s from the early 70s for a two-part article I wrote a few years back.

And yes, Harriers are bananapants crazy loud.

For any Harrier fans in the US, my article on VMA-231's heavy weapons det to El Centro is in the October issue of Combat Aircraft Journal, which is still on shelves at Barnes & Noble. Also available digitally through key.aero.
