The ethics and morality of (those running or funding) large businesses has declined until common acceptance reigns from most Americans - we assume they are all corrupt. Used to be important to have an image as a βgoodβ business / service provider. Was it simply more effectively hidden?
Thank you
Graphic that reads - We feel so strongly about the power of story, that instead of raising funds to pay the creators, we're donating our many hours to do something we think will make the world a little better. One way we're hoping to share that mission is by inviting you to help us fund copies of our anthologies that will go to organizations we've partnered with. Each of these organizations serve vulnerable youth in the US or abroad, and are connected to a member of our KCU community, which makes this a personal mission and one small way to use our talents to give back.
With 30 minutes remaining on our campaign for LETβs GO!
We raised 277% of our initial goal thanks to 245 backers. Who help us to donate 29 copies of this graphic novel anthology to vulnerable children around the world.
I wonder if we can round it to 30 copies in 30 minutes π€

Not blue but green here. Very high light sensitivity - always was attributed to my astigmatism. Definitely in my case had awful reaction to gabapentin that increased the severity. Iβve read that of course re: those with albinism but thatβs way worse.
Yes I got this. But not everyone is connecting dots the same way unfortunately. Hopefully more here on BlueSky.
maybe RX check up if itβs been awhile. + explore treatments for your type of headache
Have you tried any of the additional glare treatments for lenses? Some come in clip ons - zennioptical dot com but then youβd need to make sure they fit your frames& pay shipping. Iβd explore options via google. Blue light blocking, LED light.
I am now guessing youβre referring to the transfer of citizen by Trump. Sorry Iβm not always fast with cryptic messages
Iβm not sure of your intent by this message. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auschwi...
Support ACLU.
Mark was one of my teachers at Parsons who I loved. Authentic and honest about struggles with the picture book business.

Wow! Because you must have a great book! Just take your time to consider! Let them know this happened and theyβll understand. Have all the meetings needed to sort out who is right for you.
Yes, I think knowing if most agents are doing this helps in organizing querying tasks. I really appreciate when an agent also updates their website to say when they are open next, especially if it's not always exactly day 1 of each month.
Cute!
Totally under celebrated! He was one of my teachers at Parsons. I've managed to way less celebrated than him, but I don't think that's a good yardstick of the fame and fortune he deserves. This train looks AWESOME!
speaking of subway campaigns here's that strange time in 2016 when someone hired legendary but regrettably under-celebrated cartoonist Mark Alan Stamaty to do a subway wrap on the Grand Central-Times Square shuttle
My daughter loved this book β asI did! At one point an old paperback copy of WHO NEEDS DONUTS? sold for $600. People who read this as a child wanted it to share with their own kids. It came back in print from their interest! I bought her a hardback to her delight in her 40's β with no kids.
Picture book spread with 3 illustrations: a wolf cub finds a baby, they eat blueberries together, they roll playfully in the grass the baby laughs.
Did you know that wolves love blueberries? I discovered research for my Wolf's Lala book, they are a staple food of grey wolves that were placed on preserve islands in Western Oregon region. googled and first video that comes up is a different wild wolf entirely. youtu.be/0-QzCFs6-SY?...

That looks intriguing!
Uri's books will live on hopefully forever. www.publishersweekly.com/pw/by-topic/...
A color illustration of a young grey wolf curled up, tongue out, eyes closed, a big smile on his face, as a little girl with loose curls, tan skin hugs his head. They are both about 2-3 years age. She looks up eyes open, smiling.
Main characters from my picture book passion project. This is the one that I love most of all my many WIP PB's - set aside to work on my first GN project. I think I'd like to expand this PB story into a GN too. My GN is all laid out, so time to write more chapters for this one.
Smart kids!
I am - but not about the litter box.
My obsessions outside of dancing and creating books make no sense even to me.
How delightful! A shark for tea. Two rows of teeth? The better to eat you.. I mean.. tea cakes and sandwiches?
Of course you did the illustrations for this book. Who else has creates the perfect wit, gentle yet fearful, quirky, just right characters, setting, expressions, colors?
