Just avoid paying over the odds. Shop around online and be persistent and you won't get ripped off. Most indies have online shops and the sales happen frequently as they try to rake back some money from overstocking
From experience, most years its not worth queuing. Add bookmarks to your phone for a few record shops, & you can buy 99pc of releases the next day or in sales across the year. The ltd release issue numbers are a bit of a con. If all else fails wait a few months and buy a copy off discpgs or ebay

Watched The Thursday Murder Club and having read the books I can honestly say this is an absolutely dire adaptatation. A spiky clever cosy crime book has been adapted into a cringeworthy tv movie with some seriously criminal bad acting.
I went to festivals from 97 to 2012 and saw some full on rock acts. Absolutely no need for that amount of crowd separation. A front and back section is more than enough.
