No it won’t and even if it did, it’s entirely unconstitutional and a restraining order would be issued in about 10 seconds.
I’m in a vote by mail State. We don’t have polling places or voting machines. That can’t be built in 9 months.
A bill becomes law 10 days after it is sent for the President’s signature unless he vetoes it.
