Layers layers layers! If u can, get thermal leggings and long sleeve undershirts that you can wear under your pants and shirts and then layer with sweaters and coats. Try not to have any skin exposed to the wind if u can help it (besides ur face obvi lol). hats hoods and scarves are ur friend
