I think skirts are cute. Girls are cute in skirts. Boys are cute in skirts. Everybody looks good in a short skirt.
Diapers under skirts is one of the supreme visual displays in the world. A skirt that just BARELY hides the diaper under its hem is excellent. Same if the diaper is VERY obvious!
