persians eat unripe plums we call it goje sabz! You get an unripe one that’s sour but not holy shit sour and eat it with salt! The purple variety of these wild plums are everywhere too, they’re rly yummy and sour just off the branch haha

I put in my notice at Silver Sprocket last week. I'll be staying on until June so that I can help get the final fall 2025 books to print, and after that I'll be looking for new opportunities. I feel very thankful to have gotten to work with such amazing artists during my time here.
