Metrolink is owned by TfGM. NET is owned by NCC. I doubt much of Heaton Park or Crouch needs a road-rail vehicle and can probably use a much cheaper road only one. So it seems probably a very very small amount of time in use off publicly owned rails.

How many privately owned railways with OHLE are there in the UK?

Cavendish Square London A world-first development blurring the boundaries of medical, retail and commercial space, set-below the historic Cavendish Square Gardens, London.

It's the north side of Cavendish Square. The road across the top has been widened, I'm not quite sure why but it was previously narrower than the same road east and west.
