my february 2026 reviews. birthday month filled with so much science fiction. finished a book, watched a lot of oscar nominees and tv shows, played lego star wars, enjoyed local theatre and art, met one of my favorite comedians, and listened to amazing new music ๐
got to meet one of my favorite comedians (@cristela.bsky.social) last night at the amazing Brava in san franciscoโs mission district. my latino heart was full after a really tough week ๐ฒ๐ฝ
fun fact: cristela and i are both from the rio grande valley in south texas, and we both say F#%K ๐ง and ๐คก
celebrated [redacted] years on this planet with great people that made me feel seen, loved, and appreciated โฅ๏ธ
ate argentinean steak and mexican pan dulce, rode the bus, received a mayoral birthday proclamation (they misspelled zillenial), and was declared the duke of downtown berkeley ๐

nice, warm december in texas with la familia. ate the best mexican food (my momโs), enjoyed the theatre and a string quartet, walked along the river, rewatched severance and superman, and read banned books.
