Also probably caused from not being used for awhile. I did contact support about it and they said it sounds like it needs to be serviced

Basically there was a paper jam which I removed from the back of the machine, then after that it's giving 2 errors which were transportation lock was on when it wasn't and other error which is basically saying there's some kind of blockage, but I can't see anything, tried lots of things to fix it

Sucks I bought an Eco Tank printer last year for printing stickers and now it's faulty and wont print at all. It's still under warranty so should be fixable, but still sucks that I probably have to take it in to get serviced when I have no transport
