Scan is bizarre - hyper but too clever, and Daisy is a bit of a gentle giant. At first glance it might seem like Daisy is the competent one who is dragged along by Scan, but actually they're both very capable and they trust each other a lot.

These days are tiring, but I finally finished a drawing I want to share. It's two characters I made recently. I ended up really really liking them.

The little one is named Scan (he/him) and the big one is named Daisy (she/her). They're found siblings!!!!

I've thought about this. Actually, it doesn't matter that much, even if a professor does see me as The Student who Missed Five Points. You play a hundred different roles to a hundred different people, so it's okay if you don't nail all of them.

Haha, I have quite a few, so it's interesting to hear what people think.

Shinkai is really nice. Some songs make it feel like the sound is enveloping you. Then the emotions are overwhelming, or maybe comforting.

So what is everyone else's perfect love song? I suddenly found myself wondering that.

If I had a partner, there are songs that would make me happily imagine them, or songs that I would sing for them, but it occurs to me everyone's music tastes and definitions of true love are different.

I think your animations are really cool. What did you use to make them?

I dabble in lots of arts, but I've never been able to sit down and try to animate. Maybe the universe didn't want to give me any more arts.

But I wish I had learned by now. I have so many AMV ideas. They are stuck playing only in my head.

I already knew to take machine translation with a grain of salt, but that's too funny...

It's been a rough week. I want to get back on things. Japanese, exercise, flute, writing, skateboarding. Guitar, maybe. ASL? I want to learn things and do things. But it's hard.
