i am not really mad at the songwriting or production on the new Harry Styles album (even though the one "disco" song slides into Kohls Cash music very easily) but i do not find him a compelling singer/star, at all. man's got one temperature and that is 68°F (20°C, to respect his Britishness)

i really like it! i think Ghost's actually might be my favorite CMS i've ever used, it essentially doubles as my dream minimalist word processor. works great for me because i feel like i use it primarily to blog, but still as a newsletter as needed
there are a lot of other reasons to not fuck with substack but i always thought the one-size-fits-all visual template was a middle finger to the BEAUTIFUL, INFINITE POSSIBILITIES OF HAVING A WEBSITE
what's funny is i originally didn't sign up for substack because they offered basically zilch in the way of customization/design; i thought it sucked that unique writing all looks the same on substack, and felt this represented some silent, sinister, essential biz tenet that never set right with me
