Unfortunately doesn't work for me. I deleted the other user, turn 'Skip selection screen' to 'On' in User settings, restarted the console, deleted and redownloaded the game... Still laggy. And the game still ask for which user at the beginning, don't know if it's related.

That's an interesting point of view. Especially since I hear from several youtubers reviewing games this idea that some AAA feel dull and that the problem come from this idea of pleasing everyone. On the other hand some indies are presented as "having a soul".
It feels like Ring of Pain flew under the radar for a lot of folks. For me it’s one of the most enjoyable card-based rogue-likes I’ve played. It’s different, has a compelling loop and great mood. Also, simultaneously chill with strong push-and-pull. Reminds me of Loop Hero as an experience.
