The Trump administration just announced they are suing the University of California for not complying with their demand to pay them $1 billion.
The move would defund programs to help cure cancer, treat heart disease, and prevent Alzheimer’s.
Republicans have no credibility commenting on anyone else's "shameful" behavior.
