I think if you want to use Mare-like plugins, character optimization and choosing lighter mods are up to you.

btw Reshade can show tris amount your screen is rendering at a time, to see what is "norm" for game.
I don't know why everyone expects AAA studio-quality models from mods.🙃 Most users panic at mention of Blender/PS and struggle with proper modpacking. And it's ok, same happens in other modded games.
The main load depends on textures x materials. Topo is important, but some 100k wont kill your pc.
