Heya Chicagoan here! I would absolutely go for Lou Malnati's, they have a much better deep dish imo, if you go you should get the butter crust its soooo good. Giordano's is more of a tourist trap and they care more about the titular cheese pull than the flavor. Hope you have a nice time in the city!
