As a 38 year old who was very recently diagnosed AuDHD, I am Having A Hard Time. It’s been so hard to purposefully mask, and when I do manage it, it leaves me WICKED tired. I’m stimming so much more, and I feel like I look like an idiot, and that people are going to think I’m faking. It’s HARD.

Found out today that we won’t be getting grant/endowment funding for an upgrade to our digitization equipment that we sorely need. I worked really hard on the proposal for months, and this was something that three separate departments were really excited about. Guess I’m done working for the week. 🤷🏻♀️
