I got diagnosed with combined/absolute legend/mentalist, which I found unprofessional.

Thanks for the heads up. This is (to be fair) already part of the diagnostic process. Severity is more aligned to frequency of symptoms than people realise. They always try life interventions before meds. It is getting worse though.

Today in what my #adhd decided to google discovered that the old Spork is taking the piss. It's a runcible spoon. Been around since the 1800s at least. Absolute travesty. This is like when everyone thought the steam engine was new but it was around thousands of years ago.

In other unhelpful #ADHD hyperfocus distractions, before Christmas I learned how to do the Rubix cube (disappointingly formulaic) AND how to write a cryptic crossword (which is amazing fun). These are not related to my job obviously.
