Bought myself the Elder Scrolls Oblivion remaster today - never played a TES game before but all of the hype around the remaster got me curious.

The forums are an appallingly moderated wasteland, that most of the wider STO community either doesn't know about or actively avoids.
Instead of yelling at people for not using the forums, maybe ask yourself WHY they don't
As I see a CM's job, its to interact with the community - the "community" on the STO forums is about half a dozen bitter folks who refuse to acknowledge any other way of communicating, backed up by overzealous mods who strangle discussion to death.
Not everything is about money.
