the ff7 remake games english dub is so good it's kind of crazy. i tend not to have a kind opinion towards these ๐ญ but they did a great job of it. main reason i didn't play with it myself is because the jpn cast is full of too many hydrogen bombs to ignore

and i get easily annoyed over these exact same things too which is why i either try to keep my mouth shut or i just don't join that person when they're playing because i'm highly particular. it's an individual issue don't push it onto other people.
i enjoy being backseated because i'm a baby and i'm stupid (or straight up don't want to miss anything) but people who backseat friends who don't like that stuff or even worse streamers are incomprehensible to me. just go somewhere else if you don't like how they're experiencing the game.

for the record the parts of cs4 that are good are fucking peak and i really like them a lot, and i do generally have a good time with npcs and side quests since that's a big appeal the cold steel games have for me. the problem is the parts that are bad... are absolutely abysmal. they are horrible.
cs4 has such a riveting main story that i have to live react to a side quest (semi sarcastic) but 1. talkative husband since he's the only other og class vii member i play with 2. they summoned my haikaveh hets #myhaikavehhets... what is this i'm crying. #soe_cs4
