Yep, itβs great. The closing music for Joe 90 was one of mine - a club in Northampton used to play it as their end of the night tune.
Just been scanning through to see if this had gone. Great piece of music
Classic π
It was so awful. I visited a London class of year 1 children the following day as part of my dissertation research (childrenβs drawing development ) and they were so young and bright and full of life and fun that it was hard to stay grounded.
Is he an avatar that is glitching? Does he have piles? Whatβs he on? Iβd definitely move carriages.
Thatβs lovely. Sheβs clearly quite experienced. Is her fleece a sort of buttery colour or is that just the light?
Thanks to the brilliant @inkcapjournal.bsky.social I saw this. Felt such solidarity with Sheffield Tree Campaigners. Glad their sustained efforts have been somewhat recognised. Don't we want to live on healthy, leafy, tree-lined streets? Love to Sheffield, the most wooded, greenest UK city x
This is fantastic.
Sheβs got a lovely face.
And then we have this happening, how do we convince people that we can access those woodlands without harm when a small handful of people undermine the campaign for responsible access? Iβm very much in support of greater access by the way.

You too Jools, wishing you a grand day π
βWhy should we take all this trouble about growing a flower which is going to be cut down by the first frost?β Such arguments crash like truncheons and it takes an effort to renew our determination by recalling the vivid bed which gave us weeks of pleasure last year. #gardening
Sending positive vibes to lovely Boo.
Which is what Iβll be watching and hopefully others will enjoy it too.
As you and a few others already noted Michael, 6 minutes to go before this free YouTube broadcast from National Theatre. π

Music too π

Youβre right, just found this page. The tiles apparently are the story of Tristan and Isolde and the person writing this mentions a squirrel www.greatenglishchurches.co.uk/Little_Kimbl...
I missed the hairy tail, I can see it now. Very odd creature indeed.
It could be couldnβt it, or some sort of ermine? Iβm not sure which king it could be - it seems to have kangaroo legs ππ
That sounds very familiar π I also stop and stare at birds and buildings a lot when I walk on my own. No point in taking my camera on group walks.
I like a mixture of both, I donβt know about you but I pay much more attention to the scenery on my own!
And company π it was perfect. I often walk solo but itβs nice to explore an unfamiliar place with a group, some of whom did know the area.
Just noticed that in the floor tile, 4th image, the crowned person appears to be holding some kind of marsupial!
A view of Chequers, the Prime Ministerβs country retreat in the distance under a rather grey sky. In the foreground are two trees close together looking like one tree with two trunks. There are balls of mistletoe hanging in both trees.
A wall painting in Little Kimble church. It is a sort of red colour featuring just a manβs head and shoulders above a monument stone. He has a beard and hat and may be wearing robes but those parts of the painting are missing.
A wall painting in Little Kimble church. It is a reddish colour and is an almost complete standing image of a knight. He has a chainmail balaclava and is holding a lance in his right hand. In his left he has a shield. His tunic and the shield have a red cross on a white background. Iβm not sure if he is St George or one of the Templar knights.
A very cracked and grubby medieval floor tile. Some is a dark grey and parts of it are an ochre colour. In the fragments, itβs possible to just about make out a figure wearing a crown and holding some kind of staff. There is some decorative masonry painted beside and above the figure.
A windy @ramblers.org.uk walk this morning. Quite a bit uphill! Passed Chequers, the country retreat of the Prime Minister and called in on Little Kimble church, Buckinghamshire where there are wall paintings and ancient floor tiles.
That could apply to so many people at the moment.
I think Oscar would approve π
