The second wave of cyberpunk was a popular resurgence that includes Neal Stephenson's classic Snow Crash. This second wave was a modernization of Neuromancer's ideas, written by 90’s computer nerds. It also included more poetic works like the delirious, techno-infused trip that is Jeff Noon’s Vurt

William Gibson's Neromancer is seen as the origin of cyberpunk, but the genre also has a godfather: Philip K. Dick. He is best known as the author of Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, the basis for the classic cyberpunk movie Blade Runner.

My stretch goal writers have all put out work that I enjoy and admire. Ratgrrl Games has done evocative and clever work for the system agnostic starship generator An Infinity of Ships. Caelin's extensive work for Eco Mofos shows an understanding of the nuances that different forms of scifi can have.

@jaguartony.bsky.social is a skilled and versatile layout artist. He has the sharpest eye for design and style. @jayembosch.bsky.social joined a planar city campaign I ran and I was impressed with his insight and intelligence, it it no surprise he is one of the premier editors in the indie TTRPGs
