I love that Bluesky feels like the old fun and carefree Twitter. The overall looming climate and political disasters are really killing my vibe though.
The first time I voted as a shareholder, and I’m so happy to hear that I wasn’t alone in my views.
I love being able to have glimpses into my friends’ lives, especially if they live far away (which, to be fair, is almost all of them) and love sharing glimpses of my life. It’s kind of wild that the only way to do that these days is via one of the mega social networks.
I’m also grappling with this choice right now. It seems clear that Instagram needs to be removed from my life but damn I still get a lot of enjoyment from it. I need to reflect on why and if it’s healthy
