Deeply satisfying and also very frustrating because I would give anything to be this cunty with such literary flair

Yeah, look, Harry certainly has his own multiple truckloads of issues, but calling A a tosser and perhaps taking a swing at him raises Harry in my estimation for sure
This is the most accurate description of Irish music there is.
State & local officials continue to be fine w/ roughing up & arrest of protesters outside Broadview & Eileen OβNeill Burkeβs office is prosecuting dozens of nonviolent people arrested there. Also she so far wonβt do anything real about rampaging ICE agents? π€‘ ππ» blockclubchicago.org/2026/02/26/w...

'Yet there has been no federal or state investigation or prosecution of any [of] the individuals who perpetrated these offenses,β the firm said."
Agreed. If anyone at all deserved that kind of evisceration, it was those creeps, especially Andrew. There is fierce competition for the title βmost reprehensible person alive,β but heβs really put in the work.
Nobody has ever been so lyrically yet thoroughly excoriated as in this piece. And yet, few people have ever deserved such a complete dismantling as the Prince formerly known as Andrew

This show is the rare case where I have suggested to people to tough out the first two episodes. I usually say life is too short to suffer for pop art. But by the end of season 1 I was having an absolute ball. Genuinely excited for season 2.
They about to strip the copper out the walls of this place lol
Same!

I have not, but @sepinwall.bsky.social reviewed it and he thought it was excellent!
I'm loving that so many non-Aussies have embraced this show. It is not the sanitised, tourism-postcard stuff that Australia usually makes for international consumption and I do wonder if that's part of the appeal. I mean, it uses our very colourful language that most non-Aussies get very upset about
Absolutely agreed!

I think you might enjoy the TV show The Lowdown, which Tim is in (not the star, but of course terrific in a supporting role). It is set in the present (ish), but feels very old timey, in a good way, if that makes sense. Hulu (& possibly Disney??)
Your timeline told me it wanted some pictures from the delightful Wes Anderson show at the Design Museum In London
This woman, US citizen living in Skokie, was detained at Ohare yesterday, taken to Broadview, then transferred to a detention facility in Wisconsin, now released. We know all this not because of DHS, who repeatedly denied that they even had her, but because her phone was pinging in those locations.
The absolute funniest thing anyone could do is have Detective Hole very grimly guest star in a third season of Deadloch, every other character mercilessly roasts him, I personally need this and would never stop laughing
Also this month. In conclusion, television is a land of contrastsβ¦.
i just lol'ed for like 30 seconds, amazing work everyone
By the way, as you contemplate watching or rewatching Deadloch, fyi I wrote a bit about it in this list of TV hidden gems, and you should watch all of them! Especially Line of Duty!! not as many jokes, but at least one very repressed Irish catholic! www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/st...

Genuinely fab first season and when you can laugh ten times during the trailer you knowwww itβs going to be great.
We get to have one nice thing this month! πΈππ»ππ₯
My absolute and total pleasure!
i will say I watched this with a smile that grew wider and wider with the realization that always makes me love something: βI could not have made this in a hundred years.β
