It's terrible. Some of my favorite books I discovered as $6 mass market paperbacks.
Not series, but I loved "The Dog Stars" and "The New Wilderness." Also can't help but recommend "The Stand," which I think my own 14yo daughter would love if it wouldn't take her forever to read.
