Several people who cast a single mistaken ballot were sent to prison for years. A Georgia Republican official who voted illegally nine times? Just a $5,000 fine. Apparently “election integrity” is a lot more forgiving when the offender has the right party affiliation.
That would help fix one of the ten's of thousands of elected positions.
Of the ten's of thousands of elected positions, we only use the EC for one.
I don't address it in my paper because so many people already know it's got to go.
The 18 page thread shows why huge % of voters have very little say in the outcome of elections because of vote splitting, "primarying" and explains why a few extreme partisans have the majority say on who gets elected.
And which changes we need to make to get true will of majority results.
