ah i see to disable AI summaries, a new and obnoxious feature, i need to turn off the monolithic "smart features" setting, which also turns off filtering emails into separate inboxes (main/promotions/updates), a feature i have had for many years, instantly rendering my email inbox utterly unusable.

thinking about the color-coded wizards again. might stick them into the setting I've been writing short stories in recently. most recently thinking about popular styles of hat among the hues (pointed vs rounded crowns, heights, brimmed/brimless, etc)
mystery resolved: i tested positive for strep. gonna pick up antibiotics
hm actually i have learned the other person didn't get tested for strep bc of how confident the dr was based on symptoms and visual inspection. so it seems very possible that we both have some viral thing, i guess? although they got strep-like secondary symptoms where i did not. hm
which is wacky.
it probably isn't strep; i have none of the usual secondary symptoms & my throat doesn't look like i have strep. we're testing for it, but if i don't, i seem to have developed an unrelated sore throat the same day someone i had made out with the day before developed strep.
anyway Morrowind has ruled so far
i was so upset by losing everything i had ever stolen (notably incl a 60kgp soul gem) when i paid the 4gp fine for trying to sleep in a bed i wasn't supposed to that i did revert the save. how was i supposed to know?? the beds in the Balmora mages' guild are safe to use, but not the Ald'Ruhn one?

the master grade alchemical equipment is actually useful, but the full grand soul gem stolen at level 2 felt like more of an accomplishment
morrowind is great so far. i don't need to know how the stealth mechanics work because people keep leaving precious items out on tables in rooms with nobody in them with doors that close.

pizza baked like 6 minutes at 525. we have a stone even for whatever reason
the last portion of dough became pizza that's way too thick bc i underestimated its oven spring and had never stretched a pizza before
13 hour preferment, get up, mix poolish into final dough, six hour ferment (no more yeast, all the poolish), shape, rest for like an hour, bake ~15min at 500F. i did sleep another like three hours after mixing the dough at least so i probably got 7-8 hours
pretty good for a first focaccia. wish i didn't have to get up at 5:30am for this view
