Once opened up, we can see there are a lot of caps in this thing. They still "look" OK. The power button (most left side) construction seems to be a bit of a over the top design. #pcengine #PCエンジン

There is no video pass through, it only takes RCA plugs for audio. So if I want to use it with an RGB modded #pcengine, I will have to make a special cable with the audio split. It does have pass-through 110V. #PCエンジン

Fits like a glove. So it is for the interface unit suitcase. I guess they need the extra height so the vents have enough space to get rid of the heat. #pcengine #PCエンジン

I am missing the plastic stand-off on one side. Let's hope it is still in my uncle's suitcase or at home in HK. But if not, I am sure someone could take this and make a 3D model of it so I can print one. *nudge nudge* *wink wink*. Not sure if this is for the cdrom² suitcase or for Duos.

Works! At first I thought there was something wrong because it had a lot of white noise, but that turned out to be the Mic volume dial being turned on. Will still re-cap it. Better to be safe than sorry! #pcengine #PCエンジン

And last, but definitely not least, the NEC Rom² Amp Stereo Amplifier! I have been wanting one for such a long time and finally found one at auction that was relatively affordable. Let's hope it still works and if not, not too difficult to fix. #pcengine

Got another Pioneer GPS-G5. This time with 2 software cards. Hopefully this one works and I can use it to get the other one working. #pcengine #PCエンジン

A #hudsonsoft BeePack cartridge for #msx. Hudson released games for the Msx on cards similar to HuCards for the Pc-Engine. You needed this cartridge adapter to use them on an MSX. Next Japan Trip I will be keeping my eye out for one of these cards. Hopefully I will find Bomber an or Star Soldier.

Uncle visiting from HK and brought the stuff I got from #fromjapan a while back. Saved on shipping, import tax and vat. Yay for me! On the last Japan Trip, I bought a #konami #picno card softo, so I got this off auction. To try it out on. Now to find out where I put that game card...

Will keep you in mind. I have a Loopy, Famicom Robot ans AES on Vinted. And extra a Famicon Gun with some games, Famicom Telebanking thing, LaserActives (still need servicing), PSX (the NVR), some 3DOs. But also not looking to get rid of stuff cheap, as I need to get money to finance the grails.

Not just yet.... I am selling off a lot, but stuff I have extra at the moment. The JagCD might go at a later time.

Yeah, nothing I like about the jag except maybe tempest 2000. But I still have one with the toilet addon. But in storage. Not good enough for prime real estate in the room...

Started planning next Japan Trip. Probably visiting #Hiroshima and #Shikoku area. Anyone have tips for good #retrogame hunting locations? Hard-Offs and Surugayas already pinned. Any similar local chain stores like Mangasoukou in that area? Would love some advice/recommendations. #retrogamehunting
