🔑 Key Findings:
1️⃣ Identity leadership = better well-being, lower burnout
2️⃣ Effects worked via team ID & social support
3️⃣ No consistent role for collectivism
4️⃣ Coaches and informal athlete leaders had stronger links to mental health than team captains.

✅ 2,861 footballers
