I’m just trying to avoid news all together. It’s too horrible.

Sharing this because I need to get over the imposter syndrome. I always think it must sound terrible when I sing or play my fiddle, especially at an open mic where the audience were just ignoring us, but actually having seen this, it’s not terrible, it’s almost verging on ok! 🎻🥁🎶🪕

Trying to learn to all these wonderful tunes. I learned classical violin and I’m just in awe of the amazing folks that can play all this by ear.

Having some of today “off work” as I worked yesterday. Making a violin blanket for my second hand Bam case as it didn’t come with one. It’s an old travel towel doubled up with some sari fabric on the side that goes against my fiddle. 🎻

China reports two human new cases of H9N2 bird flu and one new case of H10N3 bird flu, according to the Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection.

This is the 4th human H10N3 bird flu case ever reported.
