Lincoln was a wrestling fan, so it doesn’t feel like a stretch to say he’d be into contact sports. He was also depressed. We don’t think that alone makes him a football fan. We do think that being from Illinois, it would put him squarely in traditional Bears fan territory.
I’d be quick to challenge a bonafide intent to use this as a trademark. Also, this was filed with many goods/services and wonder if it would fail to function as a trademark. Am I off the mark @lexlanham.bsky.social ?
A fun thing about patent law and pendency being so long is that I continuously get to read documents I wrote from 2-3 years ago like it is the first time and almost every time I’m amazed by how my strategy has changed.

I can’t stress this enough. The state of 4th Amendment law is that the cops can’t force you to type in a passcode but they can force you to swipe your finger or present your face. Never stop using passcodes/passwords to unlock your devices. And consider additional code to unlock Signal.
