Just secured my tickets to GDC. Thinking of organizing a game-dev-disc-golf meetup in GG Park. Can these worlds collide?
At this rate, they'll be using the same actors.
Usually in the week after Magfest I feel exhausted and drained. But somehow this year I’m oddly feeling motivated.

I largely credit Darknet Diaries as the podcast that got me into podcasts. I hadn't listened in a while, but their new episode on the bike index was fantastic and reminded me as to how good the audio format is for storytelling.

Just in time for me to renew my PDGA membership.
As a guy who has found much enrichment and community connections through my local disc golf scene, I cannot recommend it enough. Disc golf is very welcoming! It's as simple as showing up to play at whatever events are near you. Skill level doesn't matter.

I mean, it’s true, but it sounds kinda harsh when you say it like that.
Ha, this was kinda the inspiration for a camera mechanic I did. Not the grossness part, but the switch from the main art style to a more hyper-realistic/detailed style that you don’t otherwise see.

The Steam algorithm can be life or death for indies, and reviews are a big part of that. It's super gratifying to see that players are responding so positively to the changes we've made to address some of the early gameplay feedback. #indiegames
Also, we go pretty hard making fun of E**n and the other place. There’s a whole plot line of a tech mogul using his social media platform to enslave the town for a vampire lord. Kinda on the nose in the current media environment.
We went a little Scoolhouse Rock with our quest system tutorial. Still fun to watch every time I see it. #indiegame
