Seems like they are happier sticking w Hill as RB2 probably due to pass pro.

Even the base RFA tender was $3.5m, so this was prob too pricey for Ravens

I understand the Ravens wanted to try to wait out and see if they could get Linderbaum, but I would've rathered if they accepted the loss early & signed one of the cheaper options early.
