Yeah to be honest as I don't have to go outside my house for a vape and work from home I definitely vape more than I would smoke and that's why I cut right down on the nicotine.
I've started buying the lowest nicotine 0.3ml and mix a bottle with 2 bottles of nicotine free. I used to really struggle if I was on a flight for say 4-6 hrs but it's no longer a problem. I really should just knock it on the head altogether.
